Freshwater cultured pearl necklace enhancer

18 karat yellow gold cultured pearl enhancer.  The clasp opens.  The enhancer can be worn with a strand of pearls or a chain.  The design is set with an pear shaped sapphire (1.03 cts.), oval cut blue topaz and round diamond.
